We asked user whether we can block jdownloader (or) allow them but dont pay, but users suggested to allow jdownloader, thats why we allowed jdownloader to download but not pay for that downloads.

Offtopic:
we dont earn anything from PPD, paying affilaites are fully from PPS fund, but jdownloader downloaders not even view our plan price (even we have very low price for few plans), so conversion is reduced. (already users using adsblock, so ads earning is already reduced), so due to lot of things we decided this.

May be in future we will consider :)

Then why don't you removed PPD plan, you can make only PPS plan, I'm planning to use xerver for while, but ppd counts very very low compared to other hosts, I don't understand why is this happened, as your speed is very good,
then I knew you don't pay for JD, so, all of downloads not credited, when I monitor files download stats, 90 percent of downloads used on JD, so conclusion is this is reason I can't earn more,
One of fellow uploader used for 3 months when you counted all and then reduced then stop JD, so he also moved other host like uplodable/upload.bz(sorry for offtopic)
I think it is fair, I followed him, I stopped few days ago, may be I deleted all files soon...

but thing is we not blocked jd and we dont have any captcha (removed captcha).

so we not hurted downloaders, for affiliates we're paying competitive rate too in PPS/PPD.

3MB - 100MB => upto €11 ($ 14.11) , i dont think this rate is low for just 3 MB file, this is what we afford, also we will again introduce multi-count per ip after sometime (because we're the only PPS/PPD host that counted multi-ip for long time and paid Big € to affilates)




also we not tried any cheap tricks like most filehosts done.

Eg:
What other hosts done for increasing their conversion (Cheap tricks) :
1] Less Download speed - 20 to 50 kbps
2] IDMAN users problem :
No IDMAN (internet download manager) support, and tell "you're accessing twice, it's not available for free user", then user disable idman and if tried again means, Wait for 2 hours, as you already downloaded one files (even that download is not started..lolz)

3] NO RESUME SUPPORT
4] Download for free user blocked in peak time and forcing them to buy premium


How we're differ from other premium filehosts (PPS) :

1] We're giving good download speed even in peak hour (250/250 kbps)
2] No Captcha at all
3] Waiting time between downloads is just few minutes (other hosts usually take 1 hour between downloads).

So we not harmed any Downloaders, not hurted any PPD affilaites, we always do our best :)

Their PPD is low compared to other hosts,I agree completely by seeing their tier 2,3,4.
But it would be still fine if you have offered some speed for free users.You can't force downloader's to buy premium. Your download speed is like 12kbps-30kbps-8kbps-41kbps-17kbps..Avg 22kbps..No stability.
Please don't deny it.I can send you screenshots
 
Multiple account with difference plan allowed?

Hi smartboy I have question, is it ok if create two account? one is PPD and another is PPS, I have a blog and PPD will be used for multi-part DL for Free user, PPS for single-part premium link or make donation. I don't want to uses other file host to do this. please answers me.

other host count downloads from JD whatever speed.
I check 90% downloads from JD, so most downloaders use them, you get nothing on xerver ppd!

Reason for slow download speed is heavy traffic (we not expected that much traffic in short term, as our users base is increasing),
but we're adding servers to stabilize the speed, everything will be solved within today , maximum tomorrow.

and yeah, we're give good speed, and we dont force users to buy premium.

We also get nothing from them.

Converversion may reduce due to jdownloader, so only we not counted that earning, because people not even see the price of our plans, and no earning possible from ads.

Why we not count jd :

1) No Visits/impression to our site, so unique traffic is less (because people wont visit our site, as they have JD => copy/paste link => finish)
2) as due to reduced impression/uniques, already we lost big CPM in ads, and low click through rate further reduce our ads earning.

because compare our speed with other filehost, our speed is relatively higher compared to other host, good speed is the main thing for PPD users.

Do you allow download manager for non-premium user?
Do you allow download resume for non-premium user?

If the answer is yes then it is no wonder your conversion rate is low.

yep, we allow download manager for free users and resume support too.
but thing is our conversion is increasing because of our Simple design, support, affordable price and reliability.

For users who claims that Xerver's PPD rate is low,
Guys,Numbers doesn't matter $30/1000dl can be better and much more profitable than $50/1000.
For example,
X host(I will not name it) provides $50 per 1000dl and xerver $32 per 1000dl.

For a 700mb file
x host vs Xerver
Tier A($25) ($32)
Tier B($10) ($21)
Tier C($9) ($11.5)
Tier D($3) ($3.85)

Because x host is putting big numbers in the program ($50/1000) users aren't complaining rather they are happy.And their tricky tier and file size group are eventually ignored.
Xerver has no group sh*ts,the numbers are low but if you study the affiliate system properly there are some reasons to say their PPD system is better than others.

Both uploader and filehost get nothing from JD,:facepalm::thumbdown: Then it better to use fileDrive or Mega/180upload which is better, who works freely.:P:))
