I sure with you only affect by rebills. I had confirm with our tech. They still working on it. Not yet finish. I will update info asap.

lumzechai, i think you should take a look sales problem, it's not only one or two affiliates complain.

Same like rebills problem, some affiliates said there's problem in last few pages and you always said rebills work fine, then suddenly you post that they are problem with payment gateway.

Now as you can see lot same question from few affiliates, and almost all have same story : In last few days, lot download numbers (free/premium), posting increased, but only got free affiliates. I think it's not coincidence if affiliates that didn't know each others posting same situation.

So i hope you want check this issue, maybe there's problem with sales ( i seen my stats, in the day i have free referral signing = premium download increased = files that have size >1GB got download on that day= but no sales ), don't let this situation like rebills....you said fine, ok, then suddenly you post there's problem.

Because we always tracking new sales. Our tech still monitor on it. About new sales without any problem.

You have ref not mean you have sales. It just bring for you high rate sales. I think downloader had register under your account for only free download. :sohot:

I have 0 files for free members.And i still have 1 free download in some days:

I have no posters on my site but me.

Old sales (from last month) will have autorebills or not?
Last month untill 18 i had 24 sales (1 month sales) -This month only 3 rebills!

i am keep 200mb file limit even through getting referals but not getting sale from that referal why?

I have one suggest
Please try test all our payment method. Provide for me any proof if after you upgrade premium but sales not count for you.
It very easy talk us shaving sales from aff or like something.
You can't based on your stats or your under ref and you can say: we shaving sales.
I can't check for all aff why they not have sales. I just give my opinion why they are not capable of being good sales
We having more aff uploaded no more file but they still have good sales

Credit Card 3
Paymentwall

Im asking my reff what options they are choosen and wrote me that they are bought premium from this options...

we are see that they are us refferals but his status is normal but realy they are premium

i dont know how webmoney counting sales.
maybe i will be test tomorow.

at currently only if somebody choose credit card 1 sales are couting normal
 
Info in browser progress bar :

Credit Card # 1 type = cyber
Credit Card # 2 type = byteseller
Credit Card # 3 type = premiumresseller

From download link page option, type = cyber

And for Premium Page Option, maybe you can make it simple like Ryushare Premium Page for example :

Maybe you should Only put Credit Card # 1 ( cyber ) option only, it won't confused buyers and most important affiliates will like this too ( at this moment ratio for those who post happy about sales and post complaint about bad sales = not balance, mostly not happy, negative posts > positive posts and i knew in your thread in Vietnamese forum, there's same situation ). Just my 2 cent.
