How about SendSpace?

Storage: can't find it
Max. file size: 4GB
File removal: Never
Desktop program: Yes
Other: Fair Use Policy

or Putlocker?

Storage: Unlimited
Max. file size: 5GB
File removal: Never
Desktop program: Yes (api)
Other: -

1. Sendspace doesn't allow users to use their system as a storage. Please read their TOS and fair use policy.

2. Last year, my premium account was banned by PutLocker. They don't give any words to explain it. I didn't share my links in public and didn't share my account. They didn't reply any e-mails. Therefore, I called it as a scam filehost. Banning premium (paid) users without any reasons is exactly matching the word undoubtedly. Of course, they didn't issue any refunds to my credit card. I have sent them the refund and they just ignored it.

what about fileserve?

since its impossible to share your links with others, they dont expect you to earn money for them

its looks like a storage filehost now, they also offer unlimited space

RickyFS was a good guy until he banned my lifetime premium account without an acceptable reasons. He destroyed all my backup files which I cannot get them again. I hate him and his business. Well, some of my friends are using it to backup their files. Maybe it's a good choice, but I don't know if he will do it again. I personally don't want to pay RickyFS anymore.

FS deleted everybody's files at that time, so what? The situation is different now, they're out of radar, because links cant be shared, so FS seems a good choice to store big archives now.

It's the way they banned premium accounts last year. They banned a premium account and its associated IP address at the same time. Some premium users who owned 0 files in their accounts, i.e., download-only premium account, were also banned, involving their IPs.

Godric, 3,5 TB now at FFactory, progress is slow (uploading from home, not from RDP), everything is ok so far.

But im considering FServe too, after last year actions i changed ISP, so my new IP is ok to FS. New email, new IP, i have a clean sheet :)

web-man and gibalah, i dont trust other hosts better than FServe, just because they havent banned me yet, it doesnt mean they wont. i think i will have two mirrors for my archive, factory and fileserve. It costs more, but hopefully they wont ban me at the same time.

I'm really considering FF as my secondary backup, maybe if you reach 5TB+ you can update me? I also need two filehost for backup just to make sure

If you thinking about the policy, you don't have to worry. I contacted them and they said to me that I don't have to worry about that as long as my storage usage is <20 TB.

just check FF and saw this

Fair Use Policy

Effective Date: March 20, 2013
Introduction

At FileFactory.com we are committed to providing you with the best quality of service. To do this, we have to monitor our servers for the average amount of storage and bandwidth used per subscriber.
Excess bandwidth

If your download bandwidth usage is consistently in the top 1% of users over the course of a month, we may slow your download speed or restrict your downloads. We will contact you by email if you are affected by any restrictions. There is no limit on the outgoing bandwidth limit of files stored in your account. In other words, your hosted files can always be downloaded an unlimited number of times.
Excess storage space

While the amount of storage space for Premium users can go beyond 1TB, if this level is exceeded then files will automatically be removed as required in the following order:

  1. Files which have never been downloaded which were uploaded more than 90 days ago; then:
  2. Files which have never been downloaded which were uploaded more than 60 days ago; then:
  3. Files which have not been downloaded in the past 60 days beginning with the oldest last downloaded date;
until the amount of storage is less than 1TB.

damn FF is not a good choice then, they should have mentioned this 1 TB limit before i bought 1 year premium, now i go for FileServe then.

FF is not an option anymore.
