My opinion - Why don't WJ just ban him ?

He is Disturbing everyone by making wrong comments and spamming.

Also Pm'ing always 100times within 10 min for little reasons.

Upload blast kindly control ur words i nt cheat u u still nt paid other user also u too much low ur rate and may be ur server issue thats why i say to u and control ur words kindly give me my money and i will leave ur host
