The PPD program just got released today, at the time of writing , there was no program available.

Free users and guest users, 200-250KB/sec (around 1.6mbps/sec)

2. downloadable size?

Up to 1GB , 1GB+ need premium.

3. u allow traffic peruser or download xx files perday?

There is a limit or 45 minutes between each downloads (to limit parallel downloads) and 2 files (whatever size up to 1GB) per 24 hours.

4. any delete earning or not?

You mean? If we get 10000 dmca complaints per day about your account, there is a small chance we will delete your account as any file hoster would ... Beside that , why would one file hoster remove your earning ?

Users from Canada, USA, and generally good routing to Canada will experience fast speed, users from transatlatic link may (depends really) have a different experience.

Good PPD program. Make it more good. Ultimately you have not to pay at all, as most file hosts are doing. I am sure after 3 months you will not pay any one.
