I have made payment for the server shift since Jan 12, 2012 but I haven't seen any reply on my ticket yet. What's going on?

sorry but it's true... can you do something about it.

How are we supposed to assist you without knowing your details? We have told you tons of times to simply open a support ticket in case of any issues and they will be fixed right away. Replying here doesnt help your cause since we dont monitor a public forums 24*7.

May i have test your NL sBorg via a demo account ? :)

Mate I am sorry but we have currently stopped providing demo accounts for our sBorg services due to server abuse however we provide a 24 hours No Question asked refund policy in case you are not satisfied with the service(which is highly unlikely).

Paid for addon too, ( premium account not given yet ) . awaiting further details.

Hi~ :)

I'm a newbie. and I just registered in the tehhost sBorg hosting service, core, US server.
Just saying Hi to everyone who frequents here.

I didn't know which location to choose between the two, so I just chose US one thinking that the other file hosting sites are also located there, but I just found out NL server has higher port speed. :'(

I've been downloading videos using torrents then uploading them to video hosts like videozer/videobb or sockshare/putlocker. (I love putlocker except its FTP sucks which in turn forced me to find a remote solution).

I've been doing DL/UP using my pc and it took ages just to upload a few video files at 100kb/sec which averages about 800MB :( and thankfully I found WJunction and helpful tips about sBorg here.

BTW I would've thought that the server registration and setup would be automatic but I guess it takes time to prepare.. Meanwhile I got some time to read up on that sBorg manual.

I've never used sBorg before or know much about uploading xD but I have high hopes that it will all somehow work out even though some of the comments on this thread aren't very encouraging.

Anyways, I wish everyone a good day. ;)
 
^^ buddy i hv been using their service since nov.. they are best ..if ur honest and need help they will be always here for us... rem if we r not here they wont be either ....

I am sorry but it seems we couldnt live upto your expectations. I have tried to assist you but all I get in return in abuse and I am starting to hate it. I have enough of your bullshit . I would request you to re-check the ticket you are talking about as I just checked to see that the last reply was from a staff member asking for your IP range to which no reply was provided from your end. We hate to have clients who are not satisfied with our services. Please open a support ticket and you will be refunded on pro-rata basis.

Welcome to TehHost. You could go through the entire thread and I could assure you ,you will not be disappointed. Setup isnt automatic as we manually verify each and every order before deployment. Your should be activated shortly.

it's taking more then 10 minutes to start a torrent file and at an average it takes 30 minutes to finish downloading torrent.

i want to download in at least a minute or two, isn't possible?

also i need 1:1 ratio for seeding but i am getting way less then that. (for a 364 mb file it seeded only 0.006 mb)

please help me.

(i do know it's sales thread but i need urgent help if possible :) )

Just received reply from support and it's extremely sad and disappointing :( (please note that i am not sad about the money i paid but sad that they are saying there is no way)


this is the reply that i got,

Sir torrent speed depends on the number of seeders and there is no way we can help you to increase it. Also we do not seed torrents after they are downloaded.


1)

i want to download very new torrent that come to the tracker, if i can't do that then the whole concept doesn't have meaning.

is there no way to download very new torrents in tracker within a minute?


2)

support stated that they won't seed back, that's a huge problem, if you don't seed back then torrent tracker will ban the member in 2-3 downloads.

here i saw support stating 1:1 seeding but odd reply today.

i must have to download the torrents in a minute or two after they come to tracker, is there no way?

if no then it's really disappointing .

waiting for help with urgency.
