I don't think that downloading to one's PC causes a heavier burden on the CPU than downloading it from a filehost.

The problem is that sometimes people abuse it and download or fetch multiple files at a time.

they helped me out how to use their service that was a good thing.
After 2 hours of using it i cant download or upload anything, so i send in a ticket/support and still no reply its been 4 days or more now,
Now i cant login with my account at all, giving me errors.
The speed was bad only at 4mb max.

You didn't Create a ticket. Every ticket is replied within 1-6hrs.
this is not the right way to get refund.
We're still working on major problems. Hope it will be solved in next 24hrs.
 
Well, I did create a ticket.

Repeatedly I asked you if you can change the auto delete time of 24 hours.

If you offer 20Gb of space, people should be able to keep there files until their allotted space has been used.

After I try to FTP to wupload, the server gets stuck and refuses to connect again.

You have never tried to reply. All you do is change the status to 'resolved'.

Also the server sorta hangs when doing wupload FTP. It doesn't reconnect anymore.

Please fix as soon as possible or refund. If not, a report will be lodged with the moderators.

This is the whole of the ticket. I fail to see any reply.

wupload DL: sometimes ok (4MBs), mostly very slow
(This is probably not an error on the provider's side).
Fileserve DL: Always good .... 2-2.9MBs
Filesonic DL: as Wupload (same company as wupload).

wupload UL: Forget about it ... plugin is broken (no upload in account nor link).
Fileserve UL: plugin is broken (no upload in account or link)
Filesonic UL: haven't tried it.

we are trying to solve the matter.
So you're not providing the promised service. So please refund without further ado.

I order yesterday Mini Uploader Plan, but still not received loggin details.
I created ticket on my account@LeafLeech, but no response.
 
u will get refund in 24hrs. don't try to abuse this thread anymore.
Provider has suspended the account but not made a refund although promised multiple times.

Apart from a terrible service provider also a liar and scammer.

I advice mods to close down this thread to prevent any more people being scammed.
 
/reopened with Spookys permission as the wording has been changed and the post adheres to our guidelines.

Btw...I asked for a trial acct to see the service in full and I was extremely impressed with the speeds. I had a friend try it out with the same results. Good Luck LeafLeech :sun:
