[WP] How to create a complete posts-list page?

They're using sitemap to do so

So basically you want it to be a simtemap like page but as your main index.php ?
So that only links will come up and then when you click into a link it will then show the post ?
This is what i think you are trying to do but please correct me if i am wrong
