Today we are asking for your help. We would like to know what the top ProprellerAds features are for Wjunctions contributors.

So can you guys please answer 1 question: What’s your favourite way to use PropellerAds?

You are probably concerned about the KYC procedure. However, we are not sure a user can accuse a company as being a scam, just because he/she doesn't want to follow the KYC procedure.

We want to build strong relationships between publishers and PropellerAds and to make the payment process transparent. That's why we achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security management and have the KYC procedure that fully complies with the GDPR rules.

The KYC procedure is fully transparent and secure, so no unauthorized personnel will ever be able to see your documents or financial information.

Moreover, the KYC procedure does include providing documents to determine the true identity and beneficial ownership of the account. This procedure is required by the international business standards and helps to make communication in terms of legal and finance issues easier.

Curious, why do you have a KYC procedure for publishers? I thought you were paying them, not the other way around? It's you who are buying adspace on publishers platform - they are seller, you are customer. KYC compliance means you are taking steps to make sure publishers ain't using the money you pay them to launder money etc, yes?

KYC references a set of guidelines that financial institutions and businesses follow to verify the identity, suitability, and risks of a current or potential customer. The goal is to identify suspicious behavior such as money laundering and financial terrorism before it ever materializes.

KYC is a good sign and it is an indication that the company is legit.KYC is required for getting payouts. It is a Know Your Customer procedure. It enables us to make sure that the one who earned money should get them and not anybody else.

any company can implement it, some are more scammy and some are less, but if a company doesnt implement kyc that doesnt make them less respectable :))

- No KYC doesn’t make any company less respectable and we would never imply other companies are scam because of no KYC

Propeller didn't ask as well in the past but Propeller is now on first ranks of this industry and you know that as business grow, the responsibility on legal parties is higher

Coming back to your question, KYC is indeed a good sign and it is an indication that the company has a future and our future means your future too

In case of any questions, including KYC procedure, you can always contact the support team through the account or by mail contact.us@propellerads.com
 
You can now submit documents through your account - Compliance team changes the account status to "Docs requested," and you get automatically notified in your account, then you can upload the documents, and Compliance team receives and assesses to approve the account or request further info if needed.

In very rare cases, we may ask the publisher to send documents to kyc@propellerads.com
