What's best option? Change url and redirect or start new site with old posts?

I have a questin regarding what is the best option..

My porn website is getting alot of dcma's, even the site domain is dcma'ed, it's banned from reddit for spam, etc..

Now i was thinking of making a new site with a new domain. Now should i just redirect my old domain to my new domain and keep the posts?

Or should i create a new domain and a new site and make a backup of the old posts and post them to the new website?
