for my latest project I need access to the youtube oauth sensitive scopes (at least upload permissions, or the default youtube permission or "force-ssl"). Because of the annoying verification process, I am looking for someone who already has a verified Youtube/Google API Oauth consent screen (on the Google developers console) that is willing to let me redirect my users, mostly youtubers with about 10k-100k subscribers, to your oauth page.
In exchange, I would like to get the access and refresh token that you receive when the user accepts your oauth consent page.
