US President Barack Obama has said that America had returned to robust competitiveness and the danger of jobs and industries fleeing to countries like China, India or Germany was over.
"When I took office, we put in place a new economic plan that rewards hard work instead of greed; a plan that rewards responsibility instead of reckless; a plan that focused on our middle class, (and) making them more secure," Obama said at a Democratic Fund Raiser in Austin, Texas.
The US President said that the US "was competitive over the long run so the jobs and industries of the future weren't going to China or India or Germany, but were going to the United States of America, right here."
Gradually entering into an election mode with the mid-term elections less than three months ago, the US President has been frequently in his public speeches claiming how his policies are aimed towards stopping outsourcing of jobs and manufacturing.
Instead of spending money on special interest tax loopholes that don't create American jobs, we said we're going to make smart investments in education and innovation and clean energy that will benefit all people and our entire economy, he said. ...............

this is so interesting, what the president of THE WORLD (as they like to refer to them selves all the time, this in the world that in the world!) has to say, and please sir! how do you plan to stop them from packing up and transferring their companies to a cheaper workforce country??? are you gonna stand in front of them and say you can't go???? lol!!!! everything in america is PRIVATE property! nothing governmentally owned! no one can stop you from selling and doing what ever the F! you want with your private property! mister obama, why in the world would a single american company give a F! about american worker's??? will they work for cheaper? no! will they increas the earnings for the company? no! so WTF DO YOU THINK WILL STOP THEM FROM LEAVING! what a bullshit empty talk blah blah blah blah blah blah....GABAGE!

Obama said he will stop outsourcing even before he became the president of US, could he do anything yet? NO. What will happen to Microsoft and Google if they stop taking Indians? Everyone knows that, even this certain Mr. Obama :P
 
It shows Obama is a thinking man and cares for his country and its citizens. Good on him. American jobs should be reserved exclusively for Americans and not people of some other country even though they will work for peanuts.
 
-_- Things change all the time. Its not really possible to shift all the processes back quicky. Many companies have their overseas branch over here. SO the rule doesnt apply to them -_-

I think we need to keep jobs in the USA for the future of the USA.
 
The fact is US companies earn much due to outsourcing(as cheap labour is available outside). Complete revamping the outsourcing process would just damage their profit. Nothing much. And just think its fact.

Just think y did US started outsourcing, coz companys' get more profit due to outsourcing.

They're made and assemblied in China - Yes. Where are they designed and created on paper and computer? USA. Brains are in the right country and the labor is in the right country. 'nuff said about that.

Also, hoorah for Obama. Contradicting his points only means you are a moron since a country is supposed to provide jobs for I dunno, THEIR FUCKING CITIZENS.
