This is my specific question: Which is the best proxy server software or services to use?

I have tried everything; I keep getting failed messages.

I also want to try bank transaction...But i dont know when they pay me.. I write to support here and on them mail, and i hope that i will recive answer. 30 working days is over 6 weeks.

No we're not interested in traffic sources, our script just detected some abnormalities so we have to check this manually, in that case we need some information.

Awesome idea so all fraudster just request the payouts on 15 or 30 and we'll not be able to stop them anyway 8-). So here my idea; everyone should just be patient?

Your ToS define : " ul shall timely pay the amount determined upon completion of its review (where possible within 30 business days) by such method of payment as the User has selected."

Your Support says : " After approval the payment will be made after 30 days."

After 30 days is not 14 business days.... but indefinite time.

Your Tos define : " 1ul shall immediately review the User's application for payment "

But how long is the duration of the approval? Is UNLIMITED? I ask your support and i get NO answer.

That is the reason for complaining not the luck of patient.
My personal experience is not 14 business days. Still waiting...
Is not the first time that i participate in affiliate program. I`m an up loader for some years and i post my threads in more than 30 forums.
From my point of view your program have the BEST rates and the bets payment methods but the payment procedure is cloudy..

No, payouts between 50 and 100 euro will be charged with 20% fees from our side.
