sorry for the inconvenience, my bad. I should inform you that small amounts requested for PayPal payout - could be delays, because we use 3rd parties for paypal payouts and would not accept single ten-buks payout. Please contact our support if you prefer to change payout method.
 
Good. I really want to know what is happening with my upload42 account.
I have been working with you for almost 2 years and I have never had problems of this level. I did have problems with some payments, but they were successfully resolved in a matter of days.

I had sent them an email but apparently they did not give me any solution, so I am making my report publicly so that any other user of this forum can draw their own conclusions.

In September. As you can see, I obtained several sales totaling $222.45 USD and 4 refunds.
In the screenshots you can clearly see two users in particular who requested a refund, after viewing and downloading many files from my site and thus ending up having more than 300 files downloaded for free when requesting their refund that was successfully requested.

How is it possible that these users request a refund after downloading more than 300 files? What is the guarantee and security for me? That is, any user can purchase a membership with upload42 and after downloading all the content, they can request a refund and ready. Will you get your money back and free files at no cost?

Also if you look at screenshots number 1 and 9. you can see that I have a discount for another refund, but this is a phantom refund. There is no user who has purchased it, but they do take my money.

I request that you reset my balance to $222.45 USD and not my measly $116.75 USD.

I expect solutions from you and not excuses. It would be a shame to stop being a member of yours because of this simple problem that only started this month.

as I understand - you didn't receive our reply email which has been sent to you Sep 16, 2023. So we will duplicate it here:
Since August 2023 we have got new payment gateway. This gateway has extraordinary working model. Even after successful payment - transaction will be in pending status about 3 days and could be declined after, if it will not pass bank security check. This is some kind of security layer from their side to prevent fraud. In case if transaction was declined - money should be deducted from affiliate's account and customer's premium account should be canceled. All this perform automatically. But in our case was a bug found which prevent to works this algorithm properly. So when the bug was find and fixed - money for all not successful transactions had been deduct from your balance. (please check stats with time range from 01 Aug. - till today to get proper information).

So in 95% cases if you see some data in Refund column - it's not refund, it's unsuccessful transaction which was declined. Furthermore, We don't allow refunds if even 1 file was downloaded by customer.
