My questions are in regards to: "Managed France Offshore VPS (DDoS Protected)"

DMCA ignored says "DMCA ignored or not network." What does this mean? I run a Runescape private server and need to know if I can safely run my website and game server on this.

With it being fully managed, does it still have the option for me to do any managing? Specifically, SFTP and SSH access for running and managing my game server.

Assuming DMCA will be an issue for France, what is the Gbps protection for Russia and the Netherlands?
