This guy seriously think no one knows how to research things, and see what was happening back then.
"It was for Verotel client" he says "It was not directly controlled by me"

Those were not served ads through javascript... and you owned a website, so, who's responsible for the content on your website other than you?

But lets look at another angle, that he claims he had no control over.

If you read his text carefully you will figure he was cooperating with verotel only as a signup processor, meaning, images were linked to billing portal, while everything else on his site was hosted by him. He's even confirming that in a link saying: Click here to sign up for our 50/50 Partnership program

So yeah, content was his (AdultKings) for those who know how to read English, meaning they were redistributors of it, while Verotel was handling money, meaning they had affiliate program developed. So wooo, what a bullshit story he's selling, lol

EDIT: proof that it isn't verotel hosting those images, image was to attract people to sign up for his own affiliate program that he was advertising, nothing to do with verotel and the image:

It takes a webmaster (read Robert King) to put that link and connect it with banner, and point user to, how he said "billing company that used to have an affiliate system". Nothing more. It's HTML site, made in tables, that require manual changes.

I wonder how much RK will rage if someone decides to launch a porn tube site with all the hardcore videos from his supporters and host it in Germany where it is not copyrighted.

If the content is like 99% of all the porn videos out there you could probably win in court in the U.S. with a decent lawyer. All it is is slight flirting and kissing,undressing, oral, sex, money shot. There's no plot or any unique style to define who is making it.

Oh, I am not on this guy's ass. That was just a shallow look at whois history database after To0 posted images about him.

I have nothing against him fighting against warez, tbh.

But, even notion of involvement in CP, regardless if 16 and 17yo porn was legal prior to 2003 in Netherlands, and advertising 15yo and younger 'teen' models on a porn affiliate page, is some serious shit right there.

I don't buy his bullshit story how he had no control over 'ads' which were not ads served through javascript dynamically, but images, plain images he had to connect with a link, manually, editing HTML code directly on his static page. Therefore, he is guilty of charges. He owned domain, he owned nameserver domain connected with several other domains, he still owns domain club15.com which indicates on teenagers 15 years old, and that shit wasn't legal even back in 2003 or earlier. All of this can easily be traced through whois history records.

What I find even more worrying is his appeal to 'fellow' porn affiliates:

"Anyone who's been here long enough will remember that program. "

This indicates that GFY is full of people involved in child pornography, and they are right there, on his topic, supporting him with words, and probably with the money, because he's trying to appeal to them, justify what he was doing back then, to people who 'know' what he's talking about. Basically, he's trying to find justification and support. Logical fallacy.

"If there's more of us denying this was child pornography but something else, it has to be true, therefore support me (and uncover yourself being involved in same shit)"


So, anyone who would support him on this would admit he was involved himself in same thing, and that would be really stupid.

But I wonder, after this information got out, who really have the balls to support someone who was involved in child pornography. Sure he will try to convince his staff, or people who don't read this page.
Not everyone is able to do his own research and gather some proofs.

Thread similar to this was started some time ago, but there was no solid proofs, therefore it was trashed. By me. Not proud of that.

This makes me wonder, what are his true motives??
 
Its better to edit the title and use CP instead of the full form. Google searches might lead perverts here to WJunction.

When my servers was raided for child pornography there was a large investigation on other sites, persons, places.
This included big scene guys like phaze from from phaze ddl and couple mods/admins from warez forums like warez-bb and many others.

My point is out of all these gfy was one of the many listed of child porn owners.

AdultKing was once where we were before someone decided to steal all his content from his personal site and decided to go on a legal rampage. He got lucky and became big.

This information is not new, but it was not publicly known since nobody knew who adultking was till he started his legal campaign. Its not hard to look up public records like To0s info. So for him to try and post like hes big is dumb.

AdultKing is nothing but an idiotic troll as well as the people that support him. If they actually put an effort into make unique porn than they wouldn't be worrying about losing money due to piracy.

Anyone can create a nice porn production company for under $1,000 It doesn't require tens of thousands of dollars in production equipment and loads of time video editing.

You know, I don't really reply to any other threads here at WJ, besides our support thread, but this one is hilarious. The guy is being outed on so many levels, yet he continues to keep lying and bullshitting to all the people donating to him, so he can get more donations. When will the greed end? The thirst is real with this guy.

That is extremely funny, that he makes his self out to be successful, or someone with money with that statement. But the truth is, after looking at where he lives, it's no wonder getting those 'donations' is such a priority to him, and that he will do whatever it takes to continue receiving them, even if that does include breaking the law, or attacking filehosts who are law abiding.
I guess everyone is the "King" of their own castle, but he definitely is 'not' a King of the Adult industry, nor any other industry. He likes to post about my business with my registry cleaner all the time, but the truth of the matter is, I was driving a lamborghini gallardo paid off cash around town, not some gay little hipster china scooter. He can say whatever he wants. The business was legal, still is, but the method to advertise was questionable.
