Its gr8 to know that sweden don't follow dmca but sweden must have copyright laws in place(I don't know what they named it though)

Yes of course. We do comply with Swedish requests if they are justified.

DMCA is a law in the U.S.A, some companies and individuals think it's a ticket to shutting down a competitor or an easy way to enforce your rights. But it has to done the correct way.

Some companies that send a DMCA and find out their request was ignored will go through the correct steps by taking a Swedish lawyer and making the request then, but it's no longer a DMCA then.
 
My question is what will be takedown procedure for a file under swedish law

No not similar to DMCA, such a request takes a lot of effort as it needs to go through court. Of course we can't ignore a court order.

Be glad there even IS a number people can call when something is wrong.

It only takes a second to check all our ip's ranges to find out they are in sweden, in case you're doubting that...

Even a simply traceroute would suffice

Also, if you have questions mail us, instead using a public board which we don't check daily.

Yes, ipv4 is depleted, if you want more buy yourself from RIPE or get ipv6 for free. Nonetheless, your post is totally irrelevant, if you don't like it don't buy. We're not interested in children who complain about expensive ip's.
