I messaged my dev team because we have some other stuff on the ToDo we are a litte bit behind. We didnt delete inactive videos so most of the files should be still online.

Sorry we had to restart some stuff in our backend which was the cause of the problem.

All open payouts which were requested yesterday should be processed today.
 
I'm here to appreciate streamtape team for giving such and incredible service not @ free cost instead they're paying me that's beyond anything
Perfect servers , perfect support as in like I can talk to the support team directly through discord thats quite awesome rather to play mail games.
They know how to handle their client and make them happy .... They've everything a person can demand multiple quality... Subtitles..... Bestest UI

Thanks for all the great feedback guys,

But i have to apologize yesterday we couldnt provide the streaming speed we are known for. We got a lot of new Users the last days which we didnt expect.

Because of that we installed alot of new Server today so we can provide the streaming speed you expect from us for this weekend and the next weeks.

Thanks for your trust and thanks to all new Users which transfered to us.

We had easyload support but since the download is permanent buggy and the service is not very stable it is not worthwhile to put work in there at the moment
