RapidVideo have to act on DMCA direct complains directly by the copyright owner which we will use an md5 filter because the user replace the stuff hit by DMCA too fast, as this condition is required by DMCA law for protection of hosts from legal battles, otherwhise the legal action would come and legal battle with the copyright owner can happen.
