I'm not sure you are able to find what you're looking, but I suggest you to give a chance by looking video host especially created for Bulgarian traffic. You may get better results there.

You will probably not find any host with good rates for BG. Your best bet would be to advertise your website to an audience outside of the country, or attempt to contact the ad network used by Zamunda and see if their ads could bring in some additional revenue, so you can place a few on your website.
