I'd like the WJ moderation to be a bit more strict in the marketplace. The most common rule that is being broken over and over again is this one:

I can provide dozens of examples as to where this is happening and this should be dealt with appropriate action (infractions & warnings). Reporting posts just didn't cut it, I used to actively report BS replies as I came across them in the marketplace and more often then not they would be ignored.

Also, there has been lots of mindless posting going on outside the General Discussion forum, please address that too!

Un-stuckified the pandorawarez thread on the marketplace. I see no reason for it being stuck.

As for reports, keep them coming. We can't police the marketplace all the time, every time; which is also why the report system exists. No reports go ignored, that I can assure you.

What we staff notice, we deal with. What we don't, we rely on reports to deal with.

Some will even say in the shoutbox at the member who requested the bump that they bumped the topic for them so you don't even have to sit waiting for someone to bump the topic you'll know when it happens. It's moderating 101.

Until staff stop ignoring the requests for topic bumps the market place will always be a mess. If a staff member says this never happens I'll gladly start taking screenshots and naming and shaming lazy staff.

I doubt any staff will say it never happens. I'm sure it's even happened in front of me. Only thing is, the WJ shoutbox is not the only window I have opened and that box moves fast a lot of times. I'm sure I've caught it more times then I've missed though. You were a mod here were you not? It's not a foolproof system.

Anyway, go ahead.

There are hell of members at wjunction those have disease to spoil other's thread and do flamming in other's thread and dump each other at WJ!!

WJ can never be the best community until staff and admin take strict actions against such things!

i agree with Localhost.. why should a staff members sales thread be any diffrent tehn a regular members? as for the otehr one mentioned its for a multiposter or something i think, and the op gives great support on it so i dont see an issue with tht,as for sales threads selling sites i dont see the need to have them 'stuck' just because he can

+1 i definetely agree with you on that

I have no idea why Hawk's thread is stickied. You have to talk with him about that. Loget was the one who stickied Themaposter, if i'm not remember completely wrong.

Stricter moderation is possible if that what you want, but you have to help us by reporting. I've said this before and i'm saying once again; We can't check every single thread and reply. We are humans.

What happened this topic? All the threads are in the wrong order? My reply was made yesterday and it's showing as being posted in the future :S

EDIT: lol now it's below this reply

Lol is WJunction fucked up or somthing ? I made two post one after l0cal and it went under the one i made +1 Happy

Simple thing so members don't have to report as much. If your in the shoutbox and someone asks for a topic to be bumped (which members do constantly right infront of staff) it's obvious it's not going to be a related or useful reply so just follow the link. Wait for the dumbass to bump the topic and infract them.
