Recommendations?

I want to start a graphic site, I wanted to start a warez site but I looked into it and it seems almost impossible to make a good warez site when there are tons of them out there. Furthermore I want to know what is the best way to go host wise? Im thinking of using phpbb because vbulletin hosting is kind of a hassle. Any good suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

VBulletin is the best engine for a gfx forum ... lots of cool mods , skins ,etc

Well, I'd say there are probably as much or maybe more GFX forums than warez forums... but maybe I'm wrong.
If you can afford the licence, I'd go with vB... if not, phpBB is a good free choice.

I think GFX Forums overpower Warez Forums in the numbers... Not sure though :D

Phpbb is defintely the best way to start and survive in my opinion.
