Why don't i have the option's on quick reply ?

For Example:

My website doesnt:

Because you changed a setting. Go to admincp > Message Posting Interface options > Enable clickable message formatting controls.

Change all the three drop down boxes to "Enable standard WISIWIG Controls" Now press save and then check

 

[Chutad]

check 'Message Posting and Editing Options'

don't know about your vb version, but you can use this mod for constant.
