Question about adsense and blogger

Actually from the last few years, i am only working with PPD.. its amazing.
but now i just wondering to make a website to increase my online earnings... even i have chose a niche which is "Download Movies for Free" and i want to do that on blogger..

Now my question is that -

As i am doing this on blogger and i think that my niche comes into blackhat category.. i don't know much about that... i just read somewhere else..

so, if i post movies on blogger do they ban me or not ? or can i use adsense with that ?
