Problem with Hotfille, Didn't get paid %20 from referrals earning !!!

Hey guys, I have a problem with hotfile. I didn't get paid %20 from my referrals earning !!!!! That's wired huh,

Here you go my earning and the transaction,
earning: 16.89
referrals earning: 16.47

What should i do? email them? Well, I did 3 times cause this happened in the last few weeks also, Got no response.
I always have this problem, Time to find a solution. Properly i got $100+ from my referrals but didn't get paid.
I don't know what to do now!

Check your stats again after they update their page. You dont get paid for today's earnings, only from last monday until yesterday.

You fail to understand, your total earnings are your download earnings + referral earnings.

download earnings: 0.42
referral earnings: 16.47

total earnings: 16.89
