I am sorry to say this, but day by day the service for premium users are becoming very poor. Support not answering in skype and nobody here replying. The uploaded videos are not at all available ever after 3 hrs after the upload. I don't whether i will renew from next month or not.

What is happening today, Premium player videos are still in conversion. It's been 5 hours already

We have weird network issue between servers communication.

Technical support has been offline since yesterday. Support offline, upload speed 3-5mbits (NL), slow convert >10hours, player premium error.. and continue ...

Yes, technical support was offline during WEEKEND and i'm pretty sure that everyone has right to rest.

We don't work during weekends. Everyone can have their holiday time. Please respect that. I'm also very sorry to say this but when you was ddosed you knew where ask for help and no one refused you that help. Now while someone did not respond you for 10 hours during weekend you're coming here with such great review. Thank you for that James. Issue with servers communication will be solved today.

I understand, atleast you should have updated either here or in skype about the probem. Nobody responded. Also this is not the first time I faced the problem this month. There was problem with video conversion and was taking long time because of non availability of servers. Believe me I am not making any thing from my site, yet I am paying for premium and also upgraded to VPS (again extra cost) why bcoz I want to grow the site. I work my ass off trying to bring traffic and suddenly I face the problem of videos every now and then. So what should I do. I respect your help regarding DDos.

Problem is already solved.

Regarding last issue, we have fully fixed networking problem and have updated our premium player to avoid issues like this in future. With our newest system, issue like this won't happen again even if there is an network problem between servers. We have also extended all user Premium Player subscription by +1 Month as problem recompensation.

We don't delete files due to DMCA reports. We respect only reports sent from Ukrainian Lawyer. Upon request from Ukrainian Lawyer you will be notified and you're the one who needs to take action first, if you don't take any we will simply remove the file and notify you about that fact.

No problem, i have said week or two ago that we was working on our system update since we have pushed so many updates recently and few things was simply not supported by hls plugin so we had to develop own one :)

Annoucement:

PlayTube is going to release few new updates within week. We are also changing our views counting logic and will be counting views for porn videos in different way than now. All porn videos that are 3+ minutes longer will be counted for paid views. We would like to hear back from you guys which features would you like to see at PlayTube. Name them and we will do our best to release them ASAP.

Tomorrow we will release more info about upcoming updates in first post of this thread.

using expressvpn to access ur site with asia servers and its down but if I use my original IP, its working fine?
