PayPal fake and veriffication

Hi, if i register Premier type paypal with fake data except surname, its unveriffied, how can i prevent paypal to require address veriffication? how to go around that

i can add bank account which dont match my paypal profile data and i can add credit card. that is all, i cant veriffy address. how to prevent money be locked in paypal? thx
