We have changed the player, video title on embeds will be enabled soon.
We have deleted files from inactive servers, you can re upload now.

It does not happens with all the videos, some videos hosted on overloaded servers. once your video is getting good views it will be automatically transferred to fastest available SSD servers until then it will be stored in cold storage.
