Most new uploads has huge problem with being smooth playable, they are constant buffering. One issue is no provide encoding videos in real time second is low bandwidth speed. People doesn't want watch video with constant buffering issue so it is a reason no paid views. Try use competitors they do not get such of problem with encoding, pending or buffering.
