I not shared, i only use this account home pc + rdp for upload.

And today buying premium.



Not possible use rdp? Or how to use? only ftp?

And other problem, i buying premium account my balance for "Premium Users files will be saved for permanent (Unless you decide to delete them by self)."
And today see Removed Files:

Money has just disappeared from my account, 9$??? What is happening?

So support has just answered me with stupid excuse that it was fraud? Account hasn't been used for 6 months xD Why your system hasn't 'detected' fraud 6 months ago? You figured I am not active, so let's rip him off!

secure your account by resetting your password.
Files are saved for 14 days if you are a Free user, 30 days for premium. They will be deleted if they are inactive.
uelbek - some users decide to issue a fradulent chargeback months after the purchase and their credit-company allows that.
we deduct those earnings from that affiliate as well... we banned that user, hopefully it won't happen again, accept our apologies.

Sales will be up for everyone soon... work HARD... keep faith!
