I asked the AP when we receive new cards.

This is their response

At this time, we are switching providers for our AlertPay PrePaid Cards. If you have used your current AlertPay PrePaid Card within the last month, you should receive a temporary replacement Card within the next 1-2 weeks. Once you receive this temporary Card please do not activate this Card until we advise you to do so. Once we have advised you to activate your Card you will be able to use it to withdraw funds as well as make payments online and in-store.

@Mister XX
Do you think this answers your question? It looks like an automated answer to queries or a man sitting to paste answers.

We have collected a lot of useful data about the AlertPay PrePaid Cards which will enable us to create the most reliable experience for you and the rest of the AlertPay community in the very near future.

However, there are going to be some changes taking place. We are going to use the data we have collected to improve our AlertPay PrePaid Card program as we prepare for a wider release. In the mean time, we have discontinued all new AlertPay PrePaid Card applications while the changes are being made.

This means that any new cards orders will be placed on hold until we are satisfied with the final product. Furthermore, members will not be permitted to withdraw funds in their e-wallet to their AlertPay PrePaid Cards.

We cannot settle on a service just in order to offer it – we want to give you the best!

We apologize for the inconvenience, but members in your country are not able to order the AlertPay PrePaid Card at this time.

We have still not recive a new Alertpay Prepaid card. We were a user from the old Alertpay Prepaid card but since two weeks are gone we dont recive anything.

And, even if you would get the prepaid card you can't use it.
Please hold on to the card once received as you will not be able to use or activate it until we contact you again.
11 days ago Chrisz@Alertpay said that we would get it last Wednesday or Thursday, at leased thats what middle of the week means for me, don't know what that means in Canada.
In regards to temporary cards and new cards. We will be sending temporary cards to all active AlertPay Card users by express mail, meaning you should have the cards by the middle of next week. These cards are a temporary solution as we enter the launch of the Official AlertPay PrePaid Card. We hope to have the Official Card ready very soon and are excited to present it to all of our members!
a week later NO CARD there is no way that express mail takes 2 weeks or even more, and why wouldn't we be able to use the new debitcard, why would we have to wait even longer, answer me this Chrisz@Alertpay or don't you have any copy/paste replies for this?
