[Need To Ban] Madtime for abusing in chatbox too much and in Hindi

If possible I and Humour would like this guy banned
His username is madtime and he was abusing Humour continuously sincee 30 minutes and that also in Hindi in chatbox

PS: Dont know who he is, where he came from, why he was abusing but he started first.

Thanks Shub, he started abusing for nothing. I dont even know him >.< May be he is salman abbass or something who got banned b4. But this is just my guess.

Please take some stern action against him.
 
I've no idea what he's saying so it will be a 2 day ban or something for using Hindi in Shoutobx. If someone translates and it's abusing then I'll make it a 7 day ban (maybe more or less on the level of abuse and his comments).

By the way I mean ban from the whole site not just Shoutbox as it's broken.
