Same with me here, prior to Sunday technical issues, my balance is $111
and now after 2 days more earnings it became $77, how could that be?

Mix specifically mentioned that "Please note that no earning will be lost".
Actually I even lost more coz I lost alot of users on that days all complaining "invalid Ticket"
and "super slow connection".

Guys please check your earnings and Mix please check your calculation..

Mix, maybe the days earnings calculation is correct, but the opening balance amount used prior to technical issues is definitely WRONG.

Hello,

I wanna update that we already fix earning statistic at Mixpartners. I know that some of you will complain about your earning yesterday.
Here's the answer : while we fixing database issue at our system, my guy accidentally put wrong algorithm at some area that impact to ridiculously earning yesterday. We already fix this issue and set back to the right algorithm, so it seems that your earning is drop down.
When I said 'no one will lose their earning' it means that your earning will still be there while we fixing issue at our system, but you can't claim something that not actually yours.

We also fix remote upload and API issue, but if you still facing same issue please sent more details at PM (screenshoot would be help too).
For user that still complains about earning after this explanation, please sent your mixpartners email at PM and I'll give your real traffic.

take a look at the stats and add them together and I lost 20$ in my account
yesterday you said income is wrong but i said 28th i had 40$ in my account and now only 25$ left

It so happened that the weekend when I asked for payment as I normally do is when they had some error when counting statistics. The payment was canceled but the money in the account disappeared.

Since it happens to multiple ussers i assume that it is for everyobody, probably not all users checkin stats all the time, so you could check it in your system to fix.

When you filter stats from time of last pament to now, the amout it shows is differnt than amount at the top of site.

about fies: We also fix remote upload and API issue, from what host remote upload you fixed, because just checked and it still shows same error, like eralier?
