Why you post other website's offline report in here?
 
When there is a plus "+" in file name (url) remote upload will fail "error dowloading file"

example: Myvideo 1080p WEB-DL DD+ 5.1 x264.mkv

Can you pls fix it?

New and existing uploads is giving this error message, " The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. "

What to do, even new uploads is of that error?

The admin answer me and found that somes servers is causing this trouble he is trying to recover the files.

We use hidden captcha to prevent fraud.

Short update about server issue :

We have 1 servers failure issue, this caused this message appear " The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. "
Some of files also got corrupted and not properly encoded.
I just got report from my tech that already investigate this issue. We will not be able to recover the files, we have deleted all corrupt files, sorry for the inconvenience, we have raid system to prevent this but lot of hdd have dead in one server.

For new upload is fine because we already direct to new servers.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

And is there no way that script is loaded only when necessary to prevent fraud and not always?


Well I have about 1200 files affected by the deletion.

You said for new upload it is now okay coz you directed to a new server.
How come i uploaded now and it's the same error, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

Also, you had started deleting file corrupted, so I presumed that the server that has problem was already eliminated. How come I still have alot of existing files with the same error, "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported "?
