And about inactive files that you deleted on vip accounts ? Most of the files are not included on that term.

As for VIP users that his files get deleted, we're very sorry for that, but we we need urgent space to make mixdrop stable due to DC hasn't delivered new servers yet. We already contact them again and new servers will be installed next days.

You should find other ways when this is happening and protect those who have a number good of views daily , especially webmasters. Doing this every few months , you will lose good users.
I will re-upload those files and if it's going to happen again , I will just remove mixdrop on those affected posts.

External subs via url arent working at all, check it pls.

///edit: now only one external subs works, and its labeled as "remoted subtitles 1" not as it should be, with this format:

This thing is absurd, however, it is not even the first time it happens ... at least put a button to restore them quickly ... it takes too long to restore them manually via remote upload also because the limit is 49
 
Hello admin, can you please delete / mark the files with " The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. ". We can't search file 1 by 1 and do it manually and after that i will reupload only the deleted ones.
