Update :
Just got info from my tech, seems like mystreams.to using HLS technology now, so remote upload from mystreams both using API or manual has to be re-configured. Meanwhile status remote upload from mystream is disable.

I can confirm that there were problems on your streaming yesterday evening. Now no but you should improve the servers

Glad to hear that. We always monitoring all of our servers daily, but please also note that due to global pandemic of Covid-19 that make many lockdown in several countries and work from home policies, many of ISP from every countries get increasing bandwidth. This can be caused slow speed of streaming.

I can connect, I just cant complete the transfer, everytime a file gets 100% I'm disconnected for inactivity and get an error message and then the same file starts to upload again.

Please try again, at peak hours f traffic sometimes that happen. But we already check and test again, all files successfully transfered.
We also have zoom, webupload, and API as alternative.

i uploaded and shared some of the videos using your host, i have also activated the affiliate but on the affiliate site there is no records of views or downloads. can you check what the problem is.
i joined your affiliate on 04/10/19. the files shared were of this month 22/03, 19/03.

I tried a different ftp client and everything is working now.
