Hey @MixDrop , if I start a new site I would like to put your player on the site. But in the beginning there will not be so many views, as this is the first time on all sites. But for a while at first, can it be arranged that my files to be deleted after a little longer for inactivity?
 
Is there some issue with remote upload? Because after downloading is completed, api shows that it is done, but when i try to open url that it gives, it says on site that:

WE ARE SORRY​

We can't find the file you are looking for.


Why is that? It is some convertion error, that removes completed video or what could be the problem?

Is there some issue with converting? Because many videos are removed with status converting error, so have to upload same file multiple times, until it is finnally ok.

How can I activate the affiliate program, I try to click as indicated in the screenshots but that section does not work in my account

Which step that didn't work at your end?
If you can't access mixpartners, then you need to deactivate adblock/pop-up blocker.
Sign up using same email at mixdrop and follow picture above.
If you still have any issue, please sent mre details of issue at PM.

The data center is having issues with the cooling system, they are working hard to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated downtime. Once the problem is fixed you will be updated.
