Specs:

CPU something like Intel Core i7-2600 or Intel Xeon E3-1245 etc.

Ram 16GB or more

HDD 500GB-1TB

Uplink 1Gbps

Traffic 10-20TB would be enough.

Payment Altcoins.

I hope that's not unrealistic

That is very unrealistic. You need to double your budget to score anything close to that for dedicated servers.

Sorry not $ i mean €, and when i look to hetzner, kimsufi, online.net etc. the price will be good when its € and not Dollar only Problem there is the Payment.

With that budget, I don't think you'll get Xeon E3, 16GB RAM & 1TB HDD. You'll have to up your budget by 20-30 Euros to achieve that config.

What is your Max budget? You already knew that Kimsufi or Hetnzer or similar sites are not eligible to accept your payment. So their example is not valid here, unfortunately.
