looking for a good rdp

I saw many offer on the forum

but i still can't chose I don't know what's the best rdp offer

hope you can help chose

budget no more than 30$ a month

rdp will be used for uploading only

Contact those providers and ask for a free trial.
Most providers will be able to provide you with a free trial to test their servers.
Just an advice, for uploading, choose European location. Don't go for USA as most of filesharing websites are using European servers.
