Looking for a filehost to mirror my files

Hi!
I upload to Fileserve and I'm very happy (yesterday I received my first payment) and now I'm looking for another filehost as I want to offer mirrors for my downloaders.
What I need is that those filehosts have:

Resumable downloads
Free users must be able to download files of 1.46 gb or 1.10 gb
Upload limit of 1.46 gb (as some TV shows are 1.46 gb in HD for example Dexter)
Remote upload
Must accept downloads from all countries and pay .

I've tried bitshare for 10 days and my downloaders seem to dislike it. (I could only make 10 cents). Also tried Filesonic but download limit for free users is 400 mb X-(.

I hope someone can help me.

You cant download large files from Rapidshare as a free user

I still use Bitshare and made over $200 so far. Duckload maybe a good option too.
