kloxo cp taking load..

hello,

on one dedicated server 2 vps one cpanel which have 12 gb ram and other is kloxo his ram is 3 gb but when i try to restore database backup on kloxo from DLE, other side cpanel vps getting load,kloxo getting load aswell,

kindly help me
