Rules and Conditions
We count every successful completed download.
Files smaller than 1MB do not qualify for points.

katfile have said that since march 2020 and i dont see they re fixing it any time soon
 
Hello @KatFile, I requested a payout to Webmoney but I'm recently having problems with that service so I need to cancel my request and get it back to my balance in order to change my payment info and make the payout request again, should I ask this using the Contact Form from the Katfile website or sending a private message to you?

No, it is not a block country.
But some ISP's have blocked us.
Change your isp or use from vpn.
