Do you have idea?
Perhaps we can have a popup menu (which can be accessed with right click) with an option named "Move all files to folder" and a folder selector
In this way, it will be suitable for whatever folder accessed, even for a root folder which doesn't has a dedicated entry in a folder list

The same would be easier with next to the "move files" button to put another one that is "Move all files to folder" and that moves all the files in the folder where you are or the root directory to the one indicated.

Or if the select all box that selects the 100 that you see asks if you want to select all of that folder.
