i don't change password but jdownloader 2 notice my account incorrect suddenly. So i just reset password, relogin with new password and got banned ???

I have a question. Today when i want to request payout balance ,but i found out my original payment info btc address was lost(why??) ,but i can't edit it now. Do i need to disable "Security lock" then just can edit it? I'm hope you could answer me quickly ,thanks. (id: genius239)
