Is there any way to block Proxy Users?

as the title says, i want to block proxy users to accessing my site. (blogger), any script or ways to do it? it would be much appreciated some help

no idea how but 100% there is a way cuz some websites do it
did you google it?
maybe blocking proxy hosts ASN from CF?
