Is shared hosting safe for a new website?

Ofc you can go with shared, that is real purpose of shared hosting. They are made for small/medium sites with some normal daily bandwidth.

Just be sure to chose some decent one, don't go for some unreliable company just because they are 1$ cheaper.

So until you come to point of having tens of thousands of users per day no need to even consider dedicated one, Those are made for sites with lot of traffic and large sites in general (and for example ones like online movies, warez etc because they can't be hold on shared).

If you aren't expecting huge traffic to your website at start then there is no harm in getting a shared hosting plan. It saves you some money and hardly make any affect on your website performance, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE A DECENT HOSTING PROVIDER :)

If you wont be using much resources, especially CPU and ram, then shared should be fine. If you need more than 1gb RAM, id say go with a vps.

Hey friends, I have made a new small website. Should I host it on shared servers since the servers are cheap or I should go with dedicated one?
Shared Hosting one of the most basic types of hosting, So for a beginner it is the best option to go with web hosting.Dedicated server can be taken when you have to set up streaming websites

Yes, shared hosting is the best options for new and smalll startups website. Once you have reached a decent visitors base, you can think of upgrading your plan to VPS or Dedicated.

Yes absolutely. Shared hosting has evolved so much. With almost all of them guaranteed 99.99% and security, You can pretty much find it very reliable and can be compared neck to neck with some VPS.

Due to its ease to setup, easy-to-use interface with useful functionalities and affordable price, starting as less as $1 per month, shared hosting is an ideal choice for website beginners even for intermediates.

If your project is like a blog then it's a good choice for lowering the cost. But it is very important to see the reviews of the host and use cache plugins (Litespeed Cache if the hosting supports) because you can get a brain damage when your hosting is suspended because of 10 seconds of high cpu load and lose all of your visitors. And remember that your hosting provider can see and manage your files so choose wisely.

Shared hosting is the best platform for new/small websites. If you really want to get the good traffic to your websites then go for shared hosting. It is a simple platform where you can manage the server without hiring any technical person.
