Authentic Sindhi Sayel Pav is a healthy and a quick breakfast recipe made with little oil and it's easy for early work runners.

Ingredients:-
  • 2 TBSP OF OIL
  • 1 TSPN OF RAI/BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS
  • 5-6 CLOVES OF GARLIC
  • 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES
  • 1/2inch CHOPPED GINGER
  • 10-12 CURRY LEAVES
  • 1 CHOPPED ONION
  • SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  • 1 TSPN OF JEERA/CUMIN SEEDS
  • 2 CHOPPED RED TOMATOES
  • 1/2 TSPN HALDI/TURMERIC POWDER
  • 1 TSPN OF LAL MIRCH/RED CHILI POWDER
  • 1/2 TSPN GARAM MASALA/MIXED SPICES
  • 1 TBSP MASHED KASTURI METHI
  • 2 CUPS OF WATER
  • TAMARIND WATER WITHOUT PULP (2-3 TBSP)
  • ADD 4 PAVS SLICED INTO PIECES
  • CORIANDER TO GARNISH

  • Salt as per your taste

Kothimbir Vadi is the Maharashtrian snack made healthier. A crispy Maharashtrian recipe, Kothimbir Vadi is prepared with coriander leaves (Kothimbir in Marathi means Coriander Leaves) and chickpea flour (Gram Flour), the leaves and the spices are steamed first and then made into crispy fritter by deep frying.
