How to sell my e-book('s)?

Hi I was wondering what would be the best method of selling e-book's on my blog/website. I have been writing a series of e-books for the past year and would like to sell them now.

I would like to have the option for webmasters to sell those books too and would pay %-commission. I can't use something like clickbank because the books are not in English or other accepted languages.

What would I need to pull off my own small affiliate system, scriptwise and other? Or is there a simpler way to make this happen? Any and all suggestions are welcome.

A website is something I am planning on making, but there are a few things I don't know how to do.

How to make the e-book easily and securely available to the person who has bought it and how to implement some sort of affiliate system to the site too.

Affiliate sites... now that would be a good solution if my e-books were written in some major language like English, Spanish or hell even Cantonese. Affiliate sites do not usually accept e-books for sale if they cant verify the content. (correct me if I'm wrong on this.)

As for the forums related to my e-books niche... well I operate the biggest forum, website and blog in my country and language area for the niche in question so getting people to take notice of the books is not the problem.

The problem is how to create the actual affiliate system and how to make the books available securely for the people who have bought them. I don't need a complicated system that costs thousands or even hundreds of dollars. Just something simple and easy to use:

For Affiliates:
Affiliate registration and a place for them tho check their sales stats.

For admin end:
A system that tracks sales made by affiliates and reports how much I have to pay for them and when.

Customers:
Gives people who have bought the actual e-book(s) easy, fast and secure way to download the e-book after payment is made and verified.
