I lost half an inch on my lower stomach from doing crunches and leg lifts for ten minutes 3x a week. ofc i have alot of baseball practices where i run alot so that helped.

diet+cardio+ab workouts = success :P
 
Don't eat dinner in the evenings just drink water instead to fulfill the hunger if you want to loose weight fast and normal.
 
Yes and no. :)

Working your abs will develop them, but then you still can't see them if you're generally overweight. And forget about punctual weight loss, that's a myth.

Train your entire body with a bit of focus on the midsection and lose weight in general, that'll make'em see the light of day.
 
Like R-T would say it's not rocket science.

Many people think you will "get" abs if you simply train them. That's not the case. We all have ab muscles, some have bigger abs other smaller. But doesn't matter how much you train them or how big abs are if your bf (bodyfat) is high.

So it's a lot better to lower bodyfat and train just a bit, abs will be visible. While you can train shit out of them but if your bf level is high you still won't get that desired six pack.

Have 6-7 small meals[healthy] throughout the day to loose your belly-fat.That's the best way.
It will increase your metabolism.

If you don't eat then that will make more fat.
 
A bunch of small meals is fine, but it depends on what you eat.

To release fat from cells, lipoprotein lipase needs to be present.
Whenever you up your insulin levels, that lipase gets nuked. That means, your body can only derive energy from carbs or break down muscle, if the demand is extreme.

So you need to avoid eating high glycemic carbs in all those meals, otherwise all that fat gets never burned.

I'd eat most carbs in the morning and reduce them as the day goes on.

Protein is not a magic drug to get bigger btw, decreasing it is not a good choice. The biggest problem in any diet is losing muscle and the protein will help fight that.

(Not talking about powders, you won't need those – just keep eating the natural protein sources such as meat, etc.)
 
NR1 thing to do is get the fuck out from your room.
Sitting on PC wont help you.
Start off with walking every day.
Then start running.
After you have some stamina start doing workouts.

Most of all get a life lulz

You clearly know how it's done.

The only way you're going to get a flat stomach is by eating healthy and jogging daily and it's going to take months unless you're fully commited do around an hour jogging a day (30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening) Then it might just take a couple of months.

You won't lose weight unless you are absolutely dedicated. Pointless trying if you aren't.

I have my own skiing machine, weight bench, barbells and dumbbells. I run frequently and lift/exercise a lot. I am a vegetarian and always eat healthy food, I am a tiny tiny bit over average weight and can see how big my biceps have got compared to when I started.

If you want to have protein, have whey protein. It's not just a vegetarian option it is an option what will not make you gain weight compared to normal protein and is just as effective. A lot of people believe protein drinks don't help. This is something you'll have to decide for yourself.
