Hostingflame was having a problem with one of our servers due a hardware issue, thats why you maybe was not able to log into your service, in that case all our techs are moving the clients into other dedicated server.
There where no slow support, some clients didnt open even a support ticket if they have a problem, sometimes they even open the ticket 1 day after the problem, and due the hardware issue was with the network card, for some clients the service was working and for others no, so we need a ticket to verify that.
Nothing bad to say about Hostingflame, but history of my support tickets shows slow support in 2013 (3-5 days). But I bought shared hosting recently and the support was fast (few hours).
